Terms of Service

These Terms of Service of The Mane Ms. Hair Coach (revised May 25, 2026 and effective immediately) apply to all offerings, including the Crown Confidence Coaching Series, Crown Carer Coaching Series, and Crown Expert Certification Course. By enrolling, you agree to the following:

1. Enrollment & Eligibility
All services require completion of booking and intake forms at the time of registration. The Crown Expert Certification is reserved for licensed hairstylists or cosmetologists and verified via the intake form at registration.

2. Scheduling & Commitment

Mandatory attendance is required for all three sessions, held three weeks apart for a total of six weeks.

3. Payment Policy
All purchases are final. Due to the personalized and professional nature of these services, refunds, cancellations, or transfers are not permitted once the booking is confirmed.

4. Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling and remains subject to availability. One reschedule per booked series is permitted. Missed appointments or late notices will result in forfeiture of that session.

5. Program Timeframe
All multi-session services are designed to be completed within 6 weeks and must be fulfilled within 40 days of the initial session. Unused sessions beyond this period will expire.

6. Preparation & Participation
A preparation guide will be issued within 48 hours of enrollment. Please follow all instructions before each session, be punctual, and ensure you are in an environment conducive to a premium coaching experience.

For certification participants, the following are required:

• A mannequin head with coily, kinky, or afro-textured hair

• Full visibility during sessions

• Access to professional tools and products as outlined

Failure to meet preparation standards may impact the quality of the session and does not qualify for rescheduling.

7. Intellectual Property
All sessions, materials, and teachings are proprietary. Recording, reproducing, or distributing any portion of the experience is strictly prohibited.

8. Results & Responsibility
Outcomes are influenced by consistency, application, and individual effort. While expert guidance is provided, results are not guaranteed.

9. Certification Completion (Where Applicable)
Certification is granted upon full participation and demonstrated understanding of the training. It reflects applied competency within the program scope and does not guarantee specific business or financial results.
