This service disclaimer (updated December 4, 2025) applies to The Mane Ms. Hair Coach ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"), which provides online hair coaching, consultation, and education services. All information, guidance, and recommendations are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute medical, dermatological, or professional hair salon services.

2. No Professional-Client Relationship

Using our services does not establish a professional-client relationship between you and The Mane Ms. Hair Coach. We do not diagnose or treat medical or scalp conditions. If you have concerns about hair loss, scalp health, or other medical issues, we recommend consulting a licensed healthcare provider, trichologist, or dermatologist.

3. Individual Results May Vary

Achieving optimal hair care results is influenced by several factors, including but not limited to hair type, lifestyle choices, genetic predispositions, and the specific products used. We do not guarantee outcomes and are not responsible for any dissatisfaction, hair damage, or adverse reactions from recommendations or product use.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Mane Ms. Hair Coach and its representatives are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website, or recommendations. Clients assume full responsibility for their hair care decisions.

5. No Endorsements or Warranties

Any product recommendations or brand mentions are based on personal or professional opinions. We do not receive compensation unless explicitly stated, and we do not guarantee the effectiveness or safety of any product referenced.

6. Age Requirement

According to Alberta provincial law, clients must be of legal age (18 years or older, unless legally emancipated). By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Minors (under 18) require adult supervision. The parent or guardian will be coached to care for the child’s hair.

7. Session Policy

Each booked session is for one individual and their model(if applicable) only. If more than one person participates in the coaching session, it will be considered a group session, and additional charges may apply. Clients must book accordingly.

8. Refund, Reschedule & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final, and no refunds are available for any services, including coaching sessions and/or consultations, after the purchase.

Clients may reschedule their session with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.

Only one (1) reschedule is permitted per client.

All sessions must be completed within 100 days of the original purchase date.

Any unused sessions after 100 days will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.

Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment. Failure to provide a timely notice will result in forfeiture of the session.

Missed appointments (no-shows) are forfeited and cannot be rescheduled without a new booking.

Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any revisions.

10. Time Zone & Currency

All appointments are scheduled in Mountain Time (MT). Clients are responsible for adjusting to their local time zone.

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Clients outside Canada are responsible for any applicable exchange rates and transaction fees.
