• All payments are final upon processing.

• All bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

• Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability within 100 days of the original purchase date.

• Clients are permitted one reschedule per package.

• All materials provided (videos, guides, etc.) are for personal use only and cannot be redistributed.

1.5 Limitation of Liability

• We disclaim all liability for any damage, loss, or injury from information shared during consultations.

• Missed appointments without notice are forfeited.

• If we cancel, a reschedule or refund may be requested.
