Cancellation Policy

The Elevated Expertise Package Policy - Effective as of December 16, 2025 The Elevated Expertise Package by The Mane Ms. Hair Coach is a premium, online coaching program designed for professional stylists and cosmetologists committed to the care of coily, kinky, and afro-textured hair. Due to the customized nature of this advanced training, the following policies apply to all clients upon booking. 1. Booking Payment Pricing Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your package and scheduled time slot. The 3-hour main training session is booked first, and the 2 follow-up coaching sessions will be scheduled by mutual agreement and confirmed via email. 2. Client Responsibility To ensure a successful session, clients are required to: *Complete and submit the intake form at least 48 hours before your session. The form will be emailed to you once your booking payment is confirmed. *Consult the prep guide for a list of tools, materials, and setup required for the session (sent via email after receipt of the intake form). *Have a workable mannequin head with coily, kinky, afro-textured hair. *Fully participate in demonstrating styling techniques for assessment while keeping your face and the mannequin head visible on camera during the sessions. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellation You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. All sessions must be used within 100 days from the original purchase date. One reschedule is permitted per package. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed sessions (no-shows) will result in the forfeiture of that session. 4. Refund Policy All sales are final and no refunds will be issued once the package has been booked. Clients are responsible for reviewing service details carefully before making a purchase. If concerns arise, we welcome communication and will make every reasonable effort to support your success within the scope of the package. 5.
