Crown Expert Certification Training Series: Mondays (Starting in May) Session 1 – Foundation Training Advanced knowledge, techniques, and professional confidence are developed through structured education and demonstration. Session 2 – Follow-Up Evaluation (3 weeks after Session 1) Skills are refined through guided evaluation and coaching. Session 3 – Final Evaluation (3 weeks after Session 2) Skills are finessed, and certification is earned with confidence and competence. The Crown Expert Certification is a structured three-session training program for hairstylists and cosmetologists to expand their knowledge, exude confidence, and elevate their techniques in caring for coily, kinky, and afro-textured hair. This comprehensive certification series spans six weeks for thorough learning, practical implementation, and assessment. Each session is sequential, ensuring professionals are guided through understanding the core concepts, applying proper techniques, and demonstrating best hair-care practices. The program begins with the Foundation Training Session, which establishes the technical and theoretical foundation needed to properly care for and manage coily, kinky, and afro-textured hair. Three weeks later, the Follow-Up Session will focus on reviewing techniques and developing skills. Participants will share their experiences in applying the techniques, ask questions, and receive guidance and corrections to build confidence, improve efficiency, and enhance technical precision. The next session is the Final Evaluation Session, where techniques and knowledge are reviewed, questions are addressed, and participants demonstrate their understanding and ability to apply the techniques and principles learned throughout the program.
