The Crown Expert Certification Course is a structured three-session training program for hairstylists and cosmetologists to expand their knowledge, exude confidence, and elevate their techniques in caring for coily, kinky, and afro-textured hair. This comprehensive certification series spans six weeks for thorough learning, practical implementation, and assessment. Each session is sequential, ensuring professionals are guided through understanding the core concepts, applying proper techniques, and demonstrating best hair-care practices. The program begins with the Foundation Training Session, which establishes the technical and theoretical foundation needed to properly care for and manage coily, kinky, and afro-textured hair. Three weeks later, the Follow-Up Session will focus on reviewing techniques and developing skills. Participants will share their experiences in applying the techniques, ask questions, and receive guidance and corrections to build confidence, improve efficiency, and enhance technical precision. The next session is the Final Evaluation Session, where techniques and knowledge are reviewed, questions are addressed, and participants demonstrate their understanding and ability to apply the techniques and principles learned throughout the course. Cancellation Policy

Crown Expert Certification Policy for The Mane Ms. Hair Coach: Expert Online Care for Coily, Kinky & Afro-textured Hair: Revised as of July 31, 2026; Effective immediately. To uphold the integrity and professional standards of the Crown Expert Certification Course, the following policies apply to all participants: Eligibility & Enrollment This exclusive certification requires participants to be licensed hairstylists, cosmetologists, or salon professionals by the first session. Full payment and completion of the booking intake forms are required to finalize participant enrollment in the course. Program Structure & Commitment All three sessions are held exclusively on Mondays at three-week intervals over six weeks. Session times vary each week, and full attendance at all three pre-booked sessions is mandatory to complete this training. Investment Terms Refunds, cancellations, or transfers are not permitted on any payments once the booking is confirmed. Rescheduling Guidelines One reschedule is allowed per certification with 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. Late notice or no-shows result in forfeiture of the training session. Completion Requirement All sessions must be completed within 40 days of the initial session date to prevent expiration. Preparation & Required Materials To ensure you are fully prepared for your upcoming sessions, please review the Preparation Guide sent to your email within 48 hours of confirmation. For technical instruction and assessment during sessions, the participant is required to have full visibility, a mannequin head with coily, kinky, or afro-textured hair, professional tools, and products as outlined above. Participation Standards Active participation is required. Participants are expected to arrive on time, remain fully present, and maintain a focused, professional environment that supports learning and demonstration.
